Project Coordinator - Automation Warehouse

Source and coordinate with relevant vendors for the proposal of automated solutions and related services.

Coordinate internal and external meetings and maintain detailed meeting records.

Assist Mr. D.I.Y. project team to manage activities throughout all phases of the project including system vendor evaluation and selection, contract management, design/engineering, delivery, installation, commissioning, acceptance tests and ramp-up of Automated Material Handling System.

Requirements

• 1-3+ years of experience in implementing automation systems in logistics or warehousing.
• Experience in warehouse automation solutions, robotics, logistics processes and system integration (e.g. WMS, ERP).
• Experience with CAD software and/or other 3D layouting tools.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g. MS Project) is a plus.
• Proficiency in English is required. ...
