This boutique construction management company has been around over 10+ years delivering high quality commercial hospitality projects. Based on the runway of work lined up for 2026, they are in need of an additional staff member to cope.
Tasks & responsibilities
Assist the Senior Project Manager in planning & executing projects & provide administrative
support to the project team
Track project progress & update project schedules & end of month reports.
Maintain accurate & up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, permits & project
general documentation.
Coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, & taking minutes.
Liaise with subcontractors & suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
Assist in the preparation of project budgets & cost tracking.
Collate job costs & timesheets for project tracking & reporting.
