Location: Sydney – Travel required
Day rate contract: $700
Duration: 6 months initially

Role:

• Design, build, and continuously improve structured rollout runbooks and playbooks covering readiness criteria, cutover sequencing, contingency plans, hyper-care processes, and vendor coordination frameworks.
• Coordinate and support the onsite rollouts of a system across a large, multi-site retail network.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate pilot and rollout schedules alongside multiple retail vendors, and field teams to secure access windows and minimise disruption to trading
• Ensure store readiness requirements are completed prior to deployment.
