Project Coordinator

**This Opportunity**

WSP is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Project Controls team. This individual can be based our of various locations in the US. This role will be remote for the most part with potential need to visit the office for initial training.

**Your Impact**

Roles & Responsibilities

+ Working closely with all levels of management and disciplines/departments; and coordinating & communicating relevant project information to the team
+ Providing high-level coordination/administrative support to the client
+ Acting as liaison between WSP and clients as required
+ Scheduling and attending project meetings (internal or with client)
+ Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
+ Other administrative tasks as assigned
