Job Description

Hill International is seeking an experienced Project Controls Manager to support the delivery of major infrastructure projects in Valencia, Spain.
We are looking for a structured, analytical and delivery-focused professional capable of establishing and managing robust project controls across programme, cost, risk, change, reporting and performance management.
Experience in port, maritime or logistics infrastructure would be highly valued, although candidates with strong backgrounds in transport, rail, aviation, industrial, energy or other major infrastructure sectors will also be considered.
Establish and manage project controls systems, processes and reporting structures.
Lead programme, cost, risk, change and performance monitoring activities.
Develop and maintain integrated project schedules, dashboards and progress reports.
Review contractor programmes, progress updates, recovery plans and change impacts.
