Overview

As a SPCM/PCM, you will add value to project/programme teams on niche and high‑profile schemes across the infrastructure sector for our reputable clients. You will be tasked with fulfilling a range of responsibilities tailored to the specific needs of the project or programme you are contributing to.

Your role

• Supervision and management of a Project Controls team, setting objectives, reviewing performance, conducting appraisals, providing feedback, and ensuring all staff know what they must achieve.
• Developing, monitoring and assuring the Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB).
• Agreeing on progress‑measurement methodology with the contractor and ensuring timely submission of project actuals in the agreed format.
• Measuring current performance and forecasting future performance of the project/programme using valid techniques such as earned value management.
