Responsibilities

In this crucial position, you'll hold the following key responsibilities and accountabilities:

• Implement and uphold robust governance: You'll establish and maintain specific Project Controls (PC) governance, processes, and procedures across the entire project, ensuring full compliance with the relevant customer contract where applicable.
• Define and control the Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB): You'll be responsible for setting the project's baseline in terms of scope, cost, and schedule, and then continuously managing the governance control of these elements.
• Lead scheduling teams: You'll manage scheduling staff to develop, oversee, revise, and analyse integrated project schedules. This includes all phases of project execution, along with contributions from contract partnerships and relevant sub-supplier...
