Project Controls Coordinator

Job Overview

Our client is seeking a Project Controls Coordinator to support project cost control, forecasting, reporting, earned value management, and change management activities for major projects.

Level 2 Must Haves

• 3+ years of experience in construction or project controls
• Experience developing a project control plan. Develop project estimate, control budget, and WBS structure
• Experience tracking and monitoring forecast to completion, incurred cost, and budget. Provide variance analysis and explanation
• Experience using Oracle, Power BI, and Microsoft Office products specifically Excel
• Post-secondary education in engineering or construction

Nice To Have

• Experience working on solar or other renewable energy projects

Level 4 Must Haves

• Project Management Professional credential (PMP)
• 10+ years of experience in project controls
