Project Controls Analyst (Kelowna)

Opportunity

WSP is looking for a Project Control Analyst to join its Project Services – Project Cost Control group, in one of our offices in Terrace, Vancouver, Kelowna or Victoria.

In this role, you will play a key part in driving project performance by ensuring integrated tracking of costs, progress, and schedules throughout the project lifecycle.

You will work closely with project managers, planners, technical teams, and other members of Project Services to support structured, proactive, and performance-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Ensure project cost control (budgets, committed costs, forecast at completion).
• Implement and apply Earned Value Management (EVM) principles to measure actual project performance.
• Analyze physical progress of work and assess its impact on costs and schedules.
