This role ensures that project expenditures, procurement activities, and operational performance remain aligned with approved budgets, financial targets, and governance standards. The position works closely with project management, finance, operations, and external stakeholders to drive cost efficiency, strengthen financial discipline, and support strategic decision-making for the organization.
