Project Controller - Construction

Job Summary:

The Lead Scheduler is the regional accountability point for planning and execution of all telecommunications cabling and infrastructure installations for the Company. This role coordinates complex projects, prevents technical debt through proactive planning, and serves as the escalation point for Primavera P6-related needs, ensuring schedules are realistic, compliant, and aligned with field resources. They collaborate with diverse internal teams (Operations, Engineering, QA/QC, and external counterparts, requiring a deep understanding of the installation process, and ultimately act as the backbone of schedule integrity for their region.
