Job Details Job ID: Job Title: Project Coordinator Location: Guelph, ON (Hybrid Flexible) Duration: 6+ Months (with possible extension) Client: Public Sector Pay Rate: CAD $50-$65 per hour
Responsibilities
Experience working alongside project managers to provide updates, escalating where required, identify risks, and lead project document deliverables
Demonstrated experience supporting multiple project managers and critical projects in a professional environment
Monitoring project document repository and ensuring all documents are reviewed and maintained
Collaboration with various groups to gather updates and maintain project budgeting, progress reporting, action items, and risk management updates
Coordinate enterprise AI enablement initiatives, including rollout of tools such as Microsoft Copilot and AI‑powered productivity solutions, supporting implementation planning, stakeholder engagement, training coordination, change manage...
