This role is crucial in preventing value leakage, maximising value capture, and ensuring contract adherence across all stakeholders, including alignment between customer and supplier contracts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong legal or contractual background, with proven expertise in commercial roles within the Construction, IT, or Telecommunications industries. You will act as a key enabler in implementing commercial strategies under contractual terms and ensuring their successful execution.
