PROJECT CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR (Prince George)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Civil Construction Supervisor to coordinate and lead project-based work in Prince George and various locations in BC. Travel to project sites throughout the province may be required. Full time, 40‑60 hours per week, Monday – Friday with some weekend work. Overtime available. Seasonal project‑based work. Competitive pay $44–$54/hr.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate, and supervise daily site activities across multiple crews or work areas.
• Plan work activities and ensure materials, equipment, labour, and subcontractors are available when needed.
• Maintain responsibility for safety, quality, and environmental performance on site.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, environmental requirements, company protocols, and established metrics.
• Identify hazards and ensure appropriate controls are implemented.
