Project Close Out Manager

**MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career-focused **Project Close Out Manager** to join our team in **Chantilly, VA.** In this role, you will ensure all project deliverables, documentation, financial reconciliations, and administrative requirements are completed accurately and in accordance with customer and organizational standards. The Project Close Out Manager also manages the project assignment queue, ensuring projects are reviewed, prioritized, and assigned to Project Managers in a timely manner to support operational efficiency and customer expectations.

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:**

+ Manage the end-to-end project closeout process from Team Lead review through final project closure.
+ Monitor project and resource management dashboards to ensure work locations have sufficient personnel, equipment, and resources available to successfully execute assigned projects and meet schedule commitments.
