Project Buyer (Ciudad Juárez)

Responsibilities
Lead the sourcing process from CAA preparation until completion of PQA steps and project closure.
Participate in project meetings and activities including Project Kick Off, Sourcing Plan, Technical Steering Committee, and Project Management Committee.
Support project awards during CAA for own site and assist the Project Manager in preparing the sourcing plan to define mutual PTM commitments and conditions for Pre-SoCo (RFQ), SoCo (Award), and SOP at required QCD conditions.
Identify critical parts per CLEAN definitions and review contingency plans with the related PTM (anticipated design reviews, S-VRF, possible specification changes).
Request PM arbitration when required.
Involve the Segment Leader (or Group Segment Director) in appropriate timing to share project constraints and propose a sourcing strategy compliant with Group Segment Strategy.
