Job Description

Job Duties
Organize and coordinate resources of BIM Department.

Manage the cost effective deployment of the BIM resources.

Establish, execute and manage the BIM implementation.

Develop BIM policy, strategy and implementation plan for the organisation and its projects.

Explore and Evaluate new BIM related software platforms and technologies.

Develop project specific BIM standards and QA/QC.

BIM Process Management.

Resolve BIM implementation issues.

Lead the BIM training in corporate and project level.
Requirements
Degree or above in Building Service, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related discipline.

10 years or above relevant experience in BIM / Architectural / Building Service consultant or contractor.
