Project Assistant

The role consists of working with the Systems Architecture & Implementation Head, CCAC & COPI Business Process Owners, and Oracle CSS Team in deploying the new Project Management module. The assigned resource should aspire to be managing projects, contribute significantly to the intended business solutions deployment, and ensure all required project documentation are stored in the authorized shared file folders. It is expected that the role will be involved in all implementation phases including stakeholder coordination, organizational change, project-to-support transition, and business-as-usual operations.

Responsibilities

• Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
• Support project team members with tasks you assign them

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
