This specific project aims to better understand tissue and cell interactions with the goal to inform future material development to more effectively treat arthritic diseases.

As a project assistant with us, you will work with cell culture as well as model design and development in the context of arthritis.

Key parts of the work will be to purify primary cells and evaluating their behavior under biological conditions, analyzing data, and perform written and oral communication of the results.

Who we are looking for 

The following qualifications are mandatory:
MSc in Biotechnology with a focus on medicine (equivalent to a Swedish Civilingenjörsexamen).

Experience in flow cytometry, isolation of human innate immune cells.

Experience with evaluating phagocyte functions such as reactive oxygen species, degranulation, NETs, chemotaxis, and phagocytosi...
