Project Architect/Project Engineer

An experienced Architect / Civil Engineer with experience in high End finishing and Interior Decor works is required for a temporary role for 06-08 months for carrying out Finishing works in a Residential House. Project management experience is a must. Must be able to work singlehandedly Previous experience in carrying out similar works in DHA

To be responsible for Shortlisting Sub-contractors, agreement of labor rates, supervision of works.

Responsible for Engineering and procurement including shop drawings preparation, procurement of materials.

Quality Control and Quality Assurance.

Responsible for Quantity Surveying, Billing, remeasurements, payments, etc.

Must have previous experience in Handling of Residential Villa works in DHA or Bahria Town.
