Project Architect

The Architect is a leadership role specializing in design and technical aspects for a project’s resolution from initial Client initiation through Schematic and Design Development, Working Drawings, Tender, and Construction Phases through to a successful completion. The Architect will manage a wide range of architectural projects including private sector development (residential, commercial, industrial, hospitality) and public sector projects. The Architect must have strong communication and organizational skills in acting as the liaison between the project team, authorities having jurisdiction, clients and senior staff. The Architect deals with numerous projects at various stages in an on-going basis, and must keep each project on track and moving ahead.
