You will work closely with an existing project architect and a broader project team, contributing advanced technical expertise in Revit, building systems, and code compliance to support fast-paced project delivery.
Responsibilities

+ Lead and produce complete construction document (CD) sets for multifamily, mixed-use, and large residential projects.

+ Support projects through design development and construction document phases, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and adherence to applicable codes and zoning requirements.

+ Coordinate closely with project managers and external consultants, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), structural, and civil disciplines.
