You will be involved in drafting, handling redlines, and potentially managing projects from start to finish. A passion for data centers and industrial work is critical.
Responsibilities

+ Conduct surveys and input survey data.

+ Develop space plans and provide space plan input.

+ Process redlines on construction document sets.

+ Collaborate with team members to produce construction document sets.

+ Assist with measurements and understand USF, RSF, and core factors.

+ Support the construction administration and submittal phases.

+ Assemble drawing sets and coordinate lightly with MEP consultants.
