Project Architect

• Articulate and deliver creative concept, site specific designs that reflect the brand identity
• Lead the design development process
• Maintain project manual and specifications: a comprehensive document defining standards, elaborating design vocabulary, approves materials and furniture cataloging
• Conduct site visit at key stages and document feedback to ensure adherence of execution to issued drawings and specifications
• Coordinating with projects team for physical execution
• Coordinate externally with consultants (structure and MEP)
• Prepare and maintain record of submittals of addendum and corrigendum issue of drawings and instructions during construction
• Coordinate with Visual Merchandiser for zoning, categories and SKUs
• Preparing concept presentations, mall submission drawings, tender drawings and construction drawings in liaison with the draftsman
