Brief Role Description

· Conduct project feasibility analysis, including cost assessment of premiums and design viability.

· Collaborate with management and consultants to maximize FSI utilization.

· Prepare project drawings per DC Rules and relevant authority guidelines.

· Supervise projects from inception to completion.

· Coordinate and follow up with Architects on Record and consultants.

· Assist in designing project briefs, investor presentations, and ensuring RERA compliance.

· Support project selection and create concept presentations for acquisitions.
