Job Description
Depending on your background and experience, you may be placed at Level 2 (6+ years) or Level 3 (8+ years). At both levels, you will take ownership of key technical and design responsibilities on major projects — including education, residential, and mixed-use work — while contributing to a culture at Actalent that values collaboration, mentorship, and continuous improvement.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
+ Lead critical technical design components of major projects from initial investigation through final recommendations
+ Evaluate project requirements and develop design solutions that align with client goals and project constraints
+ Apply advanced architectural principles independently, while introducing innovative approaches where appropriate
