Project Architect - Architect (Málaga)

Overview

As the project owner, we deliver each project on time, on budget, and to a high design and construction standard. We work with external licensed architects, technical architects, engineers, contractors, interior suppliers, joinery manufacturers, FF&E suppliers, and material suppliers. This role supports interior design direction, technical interior coordination, supplier packages, drawing control, material specifications, and construction-stage interior support.

Responsibilities

• Support and refine the interior design direction for villas, including layouts, material atmosphere, finish logic, joinery approach, furniture direction, and overall spatial quality.
• Coordinate interior information between architects, technical architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers, procurement, Project Manager, Construction Manager, and Quasar directors.
