Project analyst [remote]

What you will do

• Plan, organize, and monitor sprints and agile schedules, ensuring alignment with team and organizational goals.
• Facilitate communication and integration across teams and stakeholders, promoting collaboration and alignment.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, fostering a culture of learning, adaptability, and process optimization.

What were looking for

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.
• At least 1 year of experience working on projects using agile methodologies, preferably in structured environments or PMOs.
• Hands-on experience leading or supporting agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) and using project management tools.
• Scrum, Agile, or Project Management certifications are a plus.
