In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Customer Focus

Provide consistent and proactive support, ensuring alignment with customer and business needs.

• Implementation dedicated to achieving outcomes

Coordinate bookings and revenue recognition in a timely and accurate manner.

Regularly supervise project progress and support ongoing project reviews to get results.

• Effective Communication

Communicate clearly and constructively with cross‑functional teams.

Prepare and deliver reports and workbooks to the Projects Team and Finance to ensure visibility and informed decision‑making.
