Roles and responsibilities:

1. Co-ordinate and manage end to end Formbay workflows, including job setup, submission tracking, issue resolution and escalation management to ensure timely project progression.
2. Oversee the full lifecycle of Energex related processes, providing support for general and commercial applications, managing enquiries and handling complex or escalated cases to maintain project efficiency.
3. Develop, document and improve administrative and project related procedures, ensuring clear, consistent processes that support smooth project delivery.
