Salary: up to £26,520 per annum

About the Role

The Progression & Engagement Coach’s role is to support students’ progression needs both face-to-face and online. The post holder will be responsible for the delivery of tutorial sessions, 1‑1 support and guidance, establishing a programme of activities to help students develop skills and confidence outside the classroom and preparation for their transition to HE. This will require excellent people skills and a good level of administrative ability.

The post holder will assist with facilitating student forums and committees, planning a varied schedule of enrichment activities, including events, clubs, societies, trips and visits, and supporting the planning and implementation of induction and arrivals activities.
