Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise staff to promote trauma-informed service practices
• Develop staff schedules tailored to operational demands
• Provide seamless oversight during shift transitions
• Coach team members on crisis intervention techniques
• Ensure adherence to Health and Safety compliance protocols
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Social Work or related area
• At least 2 years of leadership experience in residential settings
