Reports To : Product & Service Design Director

Location : Remote – with some travel when required

Purpose

The Product & Service Design function sets the standards for service design and ensures that all products and services are strategically conceived, consistently designed, and technically feasible, delivering measurable value to customers and aligning with the organisation’s long-term vision, architecture, and innovation agenda. In essence, the function acts as the bridge between strategy, customer needs, and technical delivery.

Responsibilities

The Service Design Portfolio Programme Manager works closely with the Product Manager from early ideation through to delivery. Once a new service or product has been approved by the Executive Team, this role takes ownership of leading the end-to-end service design project. ...
