Programme Manager

About the Role:

As a Programme Manager, you will work closely with two peers and the Director to develop and deliver programme objectives through effective planning, coordination, progress monitoring, and support. We are seeking a talented individual with experience and knowledge of health services, particularly in commissioning and/or transformation to take a lead role in our health-led portfolio. This role will include supporting delivery across key priority areas, including Appropriate Places of Care (the specialist residential children’s homes programme), and collaboration with stakeholders to agree a regional approach to Continuing Healthcare (CHC) and joint packages. You will also contribute to the development of wider joint health and children’s initiatives.
