Role Overview

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a strategic and experienced Programme Finance Director to lead all financial governance and oversight for large-scale programme implementation in Angola.

The successful candidate will establish and lead the finance function for a newly formed Angola entity, ensuring strong financial controls, statutory compliance, donor alignment, and robust reporting across multi-site field operations. The role oversees financial management across nurseries, planting operations, logistics, procurement, and community labour structures, ensuring funds are managed efficiently, transparently, and in full compliance with Angolan legislation and international donor requirements.
