• Design and facilitate interactive tinkering experiences tailored to children of different ages, learning styles, and backgrounds.
• Collaborate with team members to prototype and develop both guided and self‑directed activities.
• Adapt facilitation techniques and programme experiences quickly to suit evolving audience needs.
