Programme Assistant

Job Responsibilities - (Senior Care Centre) Assist in the planning, coordination, and implementation of daily programmes and activities for seniors. Facilitate group activities, recreational programmes, exercises, games, and social engagement sessions for clients. Support the organisation of festive celebrations, community events, outings, and special projects where necessary. Prepare activity materials, equipment, and venue set-up before programmes and events. Monitor clients during activities and provide assistance where required. Maintain attendance records and programme documentation where necessary. Liaise with volunteers, vendors, and community partners for programme-related matters where required. Support the collection of feedback and evaluation of programmes. Ensure a safe, clean, and conducive environment for clients. Accompany clients during outings and external activities when required.
