Introducción
Asegurar el control integral del cronograma y desempeño de las grandes paradas de mantenimiento, mediante la elaboración, consolidación y gestión del plan maestro, estableciendo líneas base, controlando avances programados versus reales y monitoreando indicadores clave de desempeño.

Calcula indicadores de ejecución SPI y otros KPI, curvas S.
Realiza la línea base del plan maestro y controla los avances programados vs real.
