WHAT ARE WE OFFERING?
As a Program Support Officer & Client Systems Officer, you will deliver professional administrative and business support across reception, client systems, and business services. This includes responding to client enquiries, booking appointments and resources, providing IT support, and assisting the Business Services Coordinator and Program Manager. You will maintain accurate electronic and hardcopy records, support data management in the Client Management Engine (CME), and contribute to continuous improvement projects and operational planning.
