Summary About the Position: You will perform technical assistance duties in support of the training and development of employees assigned to the Navigation Division to include government and non-government training, on and off site. Responsibilities As training coordinator for all of Navigation Division with responsibility for coordinating/carrying out a variety of duties to assist supervisors and managers in administering the training program for the personnel of the Project. As a Point of Contact for all training matters, you will serve as source of information on administrative requirements for training transactions. To include being a VISA/GPC holder to coordinate, schedule and pay for training. You will research training and licensing requirements of various regulatory bodies, including US Coast Guard, OSHA, and Corps of Engineers, to determine what training is legally required, at what frequency, and what employees need such training.
