Manage the day-to-day operations of the program and maintain a structured, therapeutic, and trauma sensitive environment where youths can thrive. Total Compensation:

Salary: Generous starting salary range: $71,680 - $73,680* *Highest end of starting salary for Master’s degree-level. Commensurate with experience, Bachelor’s degree-level has potential for starting range salary negotiation.
