Program Supervisor – Mankato Area Harry Meyering Center is a non-profit focused on supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in the community with a person-centered way of thinking.

Job Purpose The Program Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring a safe, supportive, and well‑run home environment for the individuals we serve.

This position oversees daily operations, supports staff, and helps maintain a high quality of care.

The Program Supervisor provides guidance, encouragement, and hands‑on assistance to help individuals thrive both at home and in the community.

This role typically follows a Monday–Friday schedule, with direct‑support shifts complemented by administrative hours arranged around program needs.
