Responsibilities

The is responsible for providing efficient and effective supervision and coordination of activities on assigned shifts and supervises patients on units. Program Supervisor will assure the safety and security of the facility is always maintained and followed. The PS ensures that the environment is always therapeutic and safe, which includes responding/intervening during crisis, attending daily activities /groups, and attending treatment team meetings. The Program Supervisor will ensure that the unit schedules are adhered by staff. The PS serves as a liaison between Clinical Services, Nursing Services, and Admissions. PS will provide adequate staff supervision and escort/support units when needed. Under the supervision of the Program Director and in collaboration with the Program Manager III,PS provides day-to-day management and care of patients.
