Job Description
The Program Specialist is responsible for delivering effective, timely and quality support for a program/ project in the creation and update of program resource allocation analysis, program plans & documentation such as but not limited to Charter, PMP and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
1. Leads Data Analysis and reporting for assigned team programs / projects.
2. Responsible for the reporting requirements and data structure working with the Engineers and program/project managers to insure all requirements were covered.
3. Works closely with and under the direction of the assigned line manager in coordinating and supporting project planning and execution.
4. Supports the development and management of metrics for reporting and decision making.
