Program Scheduler Lead

Overview AtkinsRéalis is hiring a Program Scheduler Lead to join our growing team. The Program Scheduler Lead will be responsible for managing project schedules, ensuring accurate, realistic, and logical planning throughout the project lifecycle. This role involves evaluating schedule impacts from proposed changes, identifying schedule conflicts, and maintaining integration with the master program schedule.

The Program Scheduler Lead will support a large scale transformative airport infrastructure project and will be part of a high‑performing project team based in the west end of Toronto.

Your role

Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules for airport development programs, incorporating all phases from planning and design to construction and commissioning.

Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to integrate schedule inputs, monitor progress, and identify potential delays or conflicts.
