Program Operations Associate

We are looking for a highly organized, people-oriented, and results-driven member for our team, to support core operations, candidate onboarding, lead management, and early-stage enrollment efforts.

This role plays a key part in the candidate journey from first contact to program enrollment, combining operational support with a sales-oriented mindset focused on engagement, motivation, and conversion.

Key tasks:

• Engage with prospective candidates across multiple channels
• Conduct discovery and enrollment-focused interviews
• Manage leads, follow-ups, and candidate pipelines
• Support recruiting initiatives and info sessions
• Guide candidates through onboarding and early application stages
• Assist with internal processes, documentation, and CRM workflows
• Collaborate on social media moderation and candidate-facing content
