Program Manager

Summary About the Position: Serves as Chief, Programs Management Branch, Programs and Project Management Division (PPMD), Responsibilities Plans, directs and coordinates with other Branch elements and subordinate staff to develop reports on design fund allocations, requirements, obligations and expenditures design and construction progress and contract awards. Accomplishes life cycle project management functions of a staff review and coordination nature. Participates with staff elements in formal and informal meetings with various project interests concerning planning, engineering, design and construction requirements, financing plans, site conditions and related project matters. Under governing Policy performs a variety of personnel management responsibilities within PPMD Branch. Supervises a subordinate staff and performs personnel administration and management functions.
