Program Manager - Women Programs

• Lead the design and implementation of programs focused on the economic and social resilience of adolescent girls within the Women Empowerment portfolio.
• Drive interventions around life skills, skilling, entrepreneurship, socio-economic behavior change, nutrition, health, and wellbeing.
• Collaborate with internal teams and implementation partners to identify and address challenges faced by adolescent girls across diverse communities.
• Build and manage partnerships with NGO‘s, government bodies, community organizations, and external experts to strengthen program impact and outreach.
• Lead community engagement initiatives aimed at building confidence, resilience, leadership, and agency among adolescent girls.
