**Overview**
**CIS Secure is seeking an experienced Program Manager (PM) to support our Intrepid Solutions operating company.** The Program Manager will lead the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) team and associated activities in support of the mission and objectives of our customer. This position will manage a small O&M team of approximately 15 employees with a diverse range of skills and responsibilities.
The Program Manager will track and report O&M activities and awarded Task Orders (TOs), facilitate TO deliverables, and regularly engage with stakeholders across the NCR. The PM will be responsible for maintaining clear and transparent communication regarding project tasks, issues, schedules, costs, and logistics while managing program risks and developing appropriate mitigation strategies.
