The Position

This Supportive Recovery Transitional Housing Program will provide 27 units of temporary transitional housing for adults (19+) who have been discharged from substance use treatment beds and require additional short‑term support to maintain their recovery, gain valuable housing maintenance skills, and successfully acquire permanent housing in the community of their choice.

Residents will work closely with Coast Mental Health staff through assertive engagement/interventions that focus on life‑skills support, connection to health, mental health, and substance use supports (in‑house and community), and acquiring permanent housing through collaboratively developed care plans for each resident.
